Official Announcement: Launch of Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) – 15 May 2025
We are pleased to announce that the Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) process will officially go live on 15 May 2025.

As part of this launch, repairers who have signed up to participate in the Code will be able to raise complaints directly within the system.

Accessing the User Guide
To support users in navigating the IDR process, user guides have been made available within the system.

For Repairers:
1.    Log in to the Merimen system.
2.    Click on “Help” and select “Help Contents”.
3.    From the listing, locate “User Guide for Repairers”.
4.    Under this section, select “User Guide - IDR (Internal Dispute Resolution)”.

For Insurers:
1.    Log in to the Merimen system.
2.    Click on “Help” and select “Help Contents”.
3.    From the listing, locate “User Guide for Insurers”.
4.    Under this section, select “User Guide - IDR (Internal Dispute Resolution)”.

Participation of the Malaysian Code of Conduct (COC) for Repairers
1. Existing Repairers with Merimen eClaim account: please log-in and click on “Main Menu” selection. To read the Insurers/Takaful Operators-Repairers Code of Conduct (COC) message and tick the checkbox and click on “Submit” button to participate to the COC.
 
2. New registration: Please click here to obtain the Fermion Merimen eClaim Registration Form to register to Fermion Merimen Online eClaim in order to participate to the COC. 
 
*Please note that there is no charges to register and participate to the COC.

GST/Service Tax Transition testing
GST/ Service Tax Transition test is already underway, since Tuesday 13 August 2018
Cutoff date was set to 13 August 2018 and will remain, even though actual site (PROD MY) will be at 1 Sept 2018.
This was done to allow testing of cases in transition.
Please create cases with Date of Loss (DOL) before cutoff to simulate cases before at transition. All cases with DOL on and after cutoff will enter Service Tax cases.
