We are pleased to announce that the Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) process will officially go live on 15 May 2025.
As part of this launch, repairers who have signed up to participate in the Code will be able to raise complaints directly within the system.
Accessing the User Guide
To support users in navigating the IDR process, user guides have been made available within the system.
For Repairers:
1. Log in to the Merimen system.
2. Click on “Help” and select “Help Contents”.
3. From the listing, locate “User Guide for Repairers”.
4. Under this section, select “User Guide - IDR (Internal Dispute Resolution)”.
For Insurers:
1. Log in to the Merimen system.
2. Click on “Help” and select “Help Contents”.
3. From the listing, locate “User Guide for Insurers”.
4. Under this section, select “User Guide - IDR (Internal Dispute Resolution)”.
